What could you do on World Kindness day?

The Sunshine People is a social movement that wants to encourage kindness. Kindness is not simply an act, its a set of values and behaviours that we can all have in our communities and the world at large.
Nahla Summers, the founder, completes a yearly physical challenge in which she asks people to show support by simply doing an act of kindness. 250,000 acts of kindness have been raised to date, supporters share on here or on social media with the #sponsorkindness
So what are we doing this year? Nahla sadly, while training for this years challenge came off her bike and broke her jaw, so this years challenge has had to be put on hold, so we are asking for your help to support to make a challenge complete for this year. It would simply be to commit to complete a heart shaped route through either a walk, run, cycle, ElliptiGO; however you choose.
We have made it so simply, we have set up a group on Strava or you can so you can complete your heart and share it to the 'event' in the group. https://www.strava.com/clubs/991304
or you can pop onto facebook too and join the event and share an image of your heart. The important thing is to simple tag #sponsorkindness so we can see them all.
