Free Listening on MIT campus, on March 5th, 2020!

When I see someone "doing good" I give them a pencil on which is printed "Caught Doing Good" and a business card that says: "Caught Doing Good. I saw you. You did a nice thing. It was appreciated. I gave a pack of toilet rolls to my friends who had run out!

I’ve joined a WhatsApp group yesterday consisting of residents of my road with the aim of us helping neighbours less able during this difficult time (shopping, checking on etc.).

Bought my colleagues a drink on our last day in the office together for a while.

I had to return some clothes to a shop today, so whilst walking from the car, I made a conscious decision to smile or say hello to everyone I passed. I did it and was greeted in return with smiles and hellos. It made me feel brighter, so I hope it made them feel that way too.

Dropped a friend home who lives a long way in the opposite direction so they didn't have to get the train late at night.

Took on an extra cheerleading class so the coach could leave early to see her poorly mum.

Went to the post office to get envelopes for my colleague and then got a coffee for another colleague.

I helped my elderly neighbour by taking her heavy shopping home in my car.
